MyFlowers prides itself on the quality of the products and service that is offered. As such,
we commit ourselves to the following:
We guarantee that your floral arrangements will stay fresh for up to one week with the proper care on
the recipient's part. Please understand that there are some flowers that are more perishable than others. However, we guarantee 100% satisfaction on all products.
MyFlowers shall undertake to deliver the flowers and/or gifts ordered within a reasonable
period of the stipulated time frame barring unforeseen circumstances. Please note that during festive seasons (e.g Valentine's Day,
Mother's Day, Christmas, etc). where there is an unusually greater demand for delivery, we will try to accommodate your timing
requests as practically possible. We reserve the right to carry forward the delivery to the next day during festive seasons. Please see the information on delivery times for the respective countries served by MyFlowers.
If the flowers delivered are not fresh, MyFlowers will deliver another bouquet of equivalent value at no charge.
MyFlowers will also replace any gift that is faulty at no charge. However, complaints must be received within 48 hours of the
time of delivery.
Should MyFlowers not be able to deliver the flowers and /or gifts due to any human error on our part,
the customer shall be entitled to a complimentary bouquet which shall be delivered without charge
and upon request to anyone that the customer designates.
MyFlowers Privacy Policy
MyFlowers guarantees that any information provided to MyFlowers will be respected as privileged information and
shall remain absolutely confidential.
All transactions records are removed from the server and kept offline in a secure place.
All transaction information will be used solely for the purpose of the purchase and to enhance the service
provided to our customer.
No information pertaining to any customer will be sold, given or revealed to any third party without the prior
consent of that customer.
MyFlowers will also not reveal the identity of the customer to the recipient if so requested,
without the express consent of the customer.
Disclaimer
MyFlowers will not be party to any abuse of its service in violation of the laws of any countries.
Should both flowers and gifts be ordered, please note that the items will be delivered seperately.
